Dogs and puppies must be up to date with all yearly vaccinations, including Kennel Cough.
We require a gap of at least two weeks from receiving the vaccine before boarding with us. Proof of vaccination will be required prior to entering our premises and a copy will be taken and kept in our file. (This includes when attending a Meet and Greet Session and a Trial Night)
All dogs must be up to date with worming and flea treatments. We are happy to administer these if their next dose is due whilst in our care.
We require all girl dogs to be spayed. We would prefer our boy guests to be neutered however, this will be assessed on a case by case basis. Kindly call to discuss.
This important first step gives you the peace of mind that your precious family member will be happy and content staying with us. It will enable you to see the surroundings for yourself and ask any questions you may have. It will also give us the opportunity to get to know your dog and find out from you about their routines, likes and dislikes.
A meet and Greet session must take place prior to your dog coming to us for Day Care or Home Boarding for 3 nights or less.
An important part of our booking process for stays over 3 nights is our Trial Night.
(If your dog has already stayed overnight with us for a short break they will not need to have a Trial Night).
A trial night is an ideal opportunity for your dog to familiarise themselves to our home. We can check that they are able to settle and enjoy our company, including that of our resident dog. It will also enable you to see the accommodation on offer and ask any questions you may have, giving you peace of mind that your precious family member will be well cared for and have the holiday they deserve in our spacious, loving home.
Our premises are also our family home, we therefore require all boarders to be:
