Of course. This is not an issue at all. We are more than happy to share pictures via WhatsApp or other platforms as you wish. This will give you the peace of mind that they are happy and enjoying themselves.
We would kindly ask that you provide your pets food for the duration of their stay including treats, as a sudden change in diet can cause stomach upset. Each dog will be fed separately to ensure no cross contamination of foods takes place. This is particularly important for our guests that have intolerances or are having medication added to their food. We have a dedicated fridge and small freezer should you wish to bring fresh or frozen food to feed them during their stay.
We have a lovely sized secure garden with plenty of space to play and explore. We will take great care of your precious family member, taking them for at least 2 walks a day. We will walk them on lead, but don't worry, they will have plenty of time in the garden. There are plenty of lovely walks around the area.
We are happy to have puppies over the age of 8 months stay with us as long as they are house trained, have had their vaccinations including kennel cough and are flea and worm treated. We require girls to be spayed and boys we prefer to be neutered. (This will be assessed on case by case basis). Please call us to discuss.
As our premises are our family home in a residential area, we do require drop off and collection times to be within reasonable hours. These are:-
Home Boarding
8.30am and 6.30pm weekdays.
9.00am and 6.00pm weekends.
Day Care
8.30am and 6.30pm weekdays
Weekend daycare is occasionally available, please enquire
(Earlier drop off for Day Care will need to be arranged at time of booking and will incur an additional charge).

Yes, we hold a 4 star licence issued by Gravesham Borough Council.

We will endeavor to take your dog to their own veterinary practice if it is within a 10 miles radius of our premises, otherwise we will use our registered local vet, Meopham Veterinary Hospital.
Home Boarding
We require a 25% (non refundable) deposit to secure your booking. Payment is required upon receipt of our service invoice. The balance is due 14 days prior to arrival date.
Any bookings with a start date of 2 weeks or less, full payment is required at time of booking.
Day Care
Full payment is required at time of booking. A booking is only secure once payment has been made.
Trial Night
Payable at the time of booking to secure your space.
Their usual food and treats.
Collar with ID Tag and lead.
Coat if normally used during colder months.
Any medication in original containers.
Flea and worming treatment if next dose is due whilst you are away.
Toy/s if they are particularly attached. We also have our own toys for them to play with.
Clean Dog Bed. We can provide a bed but they may settle more in their own. Providing an old item of your clothing/or blanket with your scent on can help settle your dog also.
Crate if this is part of their normal routine.
*Don't worry to much, we will supply you with a list of suggested items when we forward our registration form and service agreement for you to complete.
We are happy to administer medication on your behalf. We require all medications to be provided in the original container. Within the Health Section of our Registration Form, you can instruct us of the dosage, frequency and method (eg. crushed in food)
